My Family Meal Planner Light is the meal planner everyone has been waiting for! Every Meal has 500 Calories or Less! My family and I have tried all the meals and you will not be able to tell they are low calorie. They are very yummy! Just like my other family meal planners there are 4 meals planned for 4 days per week for 52 weeks, all the recipes are included and all the weekly grocery lists. Magnetic preprinted grocery list notepads are also available. There is a crock pot meal once a week and each meal will have 1 meat, 1 bread, 2 fruits or 2 vegetables or 1 fruit and 1 vegetable.
